Returns & Refunds
At Sweet & Salty, we of course want you to love your new garments! If something doesn't feel quite right, we offer easy returns in accordance with Swedish consumer law. Please read our terms and conditions below to see what applies to your specific order.
1. Your Right of Withdrawal (Standard Collection) According to the Distance Contracts Act, as a customer, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping online. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive your package. For you to be able to return a garment from our standard collection, it must be in essentially unchanged condition, unused, and odor-free.
2. Hygienic Items (Swimwear & Underwear) As we sell intimate products such as swimwear and underwear, special hygiene rules apply. For a return to be approved, the hygiene seal must remain intact and completely undisturbed. The garment may only be tried on over your own clean underwear. If the hygiene protection is removed or if the garment shows signs of use (e.g., stains or odor), we unfortunately cannot approve the return for hygiene reasons. Pajamas and nightgowns can, of course, be tried on like regular clothes, but must be returned unwashed and in new condition.
3. Exceptions for "Made-to-Order" (Customized Garments) For garments that you have created using our Made-to-Order service (where you have chosen specific colors, patterns, or prints), the right of withdrawal does not apply. Since these garments are custom-made entirely according to your unique wishes and are not stock items, they are exempt from the normal right of withdrawal according to Swedish law. We therefore recommend that you carefully double-check our size guide before ordering a customized design.
4. How to Make a Return

Send an email to info@sweetandsalty.se within 14 days of receiving your package. Include your order number and which garments you wish to return.

We will email you a return slip and instructions on how to pack the package.

Please note that you, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping cost (e.g., 49 SEK), which will be automatically deducted from your refund amount.
5. Refund As soon as we have received and approved your return, we will process a refund. The money will be returned via the same payment method you used for the purchase. It may take up to 14 days from when we receive your return until the money appears in your account, depending on your bank.
6. Complaints (If something is broken) Should you, against expectations, receive a defective or incorrectly delivered item, please contact us immediately at info@sweetandsalty.se. Include your order number and a picture of the defect, and we will help you directly with a replacement item or a refund at no extra cost to you. According to the Consumer Sales Act, you have a 3-year right to claim for original manufacturing defects.
