Terms and Conditions of Purchase

1. General These general terms and conditions of purchase apply to all orders placed by the customer ("you") with Sweet & Salty ("we", "us" or "our") via our website. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms in their entirety. We reserve the right to account for any sell-outs as well as image and typographical errors on the website (e.g., errors in product descriptions or incorrect prices).

3. Prices and Payment All prices on the website are stated in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and include 25% VAT. In the checkout, you can always see the total price including all fees, VAT, and shipping. 

4. Shipping and Delivery We care about the environment and actively work to reduce the overproduction common in the clothing industry. Therefore, many of our garments are only produced when you place your order.

• Delivery Time: Our standard delivery time is normally 7-15 business days.

• Shipping Cost: A shipping cost of 49 SEK will be added to all orders / Free shipping on orders over 500 SEK.

• Should an unforeseen delivery delay occur, we will notify you by e-mail.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns According to the Distance Contracts Act, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your package.

• Hygiene Items: For swimwear and underwear, the right of withdrawal only applies if the hygiene seal is completely intact and the garment is in new condition. Garments returned without the seal, or with stains/odor, will be denied for hygiene reasons. Pajamas and nightgowns may be tried on but must be returned unwashed.

• Exception for Made-to-Order: Please note that garments created through our customizable "Made-to-Order" service (where you have chosen specific colors, patterns or prints) are custom-made for you. For these products, the right of withdrawal does not apply by law.

• To make a return: To return an approved item, please email us at info@sweetandsalty.se with your order number. Within Sweden, shipping is free.

6. Complaints You have a 3-year right to complain according to the Consumer Purchase Act for original manufacturing defects. If you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered item, please contact us at info@sweetandsalty.se as soon as possible with a description and a picture of the defect. In the case of approved complaints, we will, of course, cover all return shipping costs and compensate you with a new item or a full refund. Small variations in color and print placement that are a natural result of our sublimation printing process are not considered manufacturing defects.

7. Personal Data (GDPR) When you shop with us, you provide personal data such as name, address, email, and phone number. By placing your order, you agree that we store and use your data in our business to fulfill our agreement with you (e.g., to deliver your package and handle payment). We never sell your data to third parties.

8. Disputes We always strive to resolve any issues directly with our customers in a smooth manner. In the event of a dispute that we cannot resolve together, we follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
