Shipping & Delivery

At Sweet & Salty, we do things a little differently. To protect the environment and actively counter the clothing industry's overproduction, we have chosen not to maintain huge inventories of mass-produced garments. Instead, many of our products – especially through our Made-to-Order service – are only produced after you have placed your order. This is a conscious choice that is kinder to the planet.

This means that your delivery will take a little longer than with traditional fast fashion chains, but we promise that your unique garment is worth the wait!

1. Shipping Cost We offer trackable standard shipping within Sweden for 49 SEK. If your order exceeds 500 SEK, we'll cover the shipping!

2. Delivery Times Since your garment is often sewn or printed specifically for you, our normal delivery time is 7-15 business days from the date you place your order.

• Handling & Production: It usually takes 2–5 business days for our manufacturers to print, cut, and sew your garment.

• Delivery: After that, the package is shipped to you, which takes another approximately 5–10 business days.

3. Order Confirmation & Tracking As soon as you complete your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation to your email. Once your package is fully produced and leaves the manufacturer, we will send another email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery all the way to your postal agent or mailbox.

4. Unclaimed Packages When your package arrives at an agent, you usually have 7–14 days to pick it up (depending on the shipping company). If you do not pick up your package and it is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge you a fee of 49 SEK. This fee covers our actual costs for return shipping and administrative handling. Please note that an unclaimed package is not considered an exercise of the right of withdrawal.

5. Delayed Deliveries Although we and our shipping partners do everything we can to meet the estimated delivery times, delays can sometimes occur during peak periods (e.g., holidays). Should your delivery be significantly delayed, please contact us at info@sweetandsalty.se and we will help you track the package.
