At Sweet & Salty, we don't think you should have to choose between fantastic design and a great price. By working smart, adapting our production to demand (which is also good for the environment!), and selling directly to you, we avoid expensive intermediaries and enormous warehousing costs. Can I return or exchange my item?
For our standard collections, we offer a 14-day return policy, provided that the seal/hygiene protector is intact and the garment is unworn. Please note: Garments created using our "Custom Design" service (with your own colors/patterns) unfortunately cannot be returned, as they are uniquely produced just for you.
How do I make a return?
Please contact us at info@sweetandsalty.se with your order number, and we will send you instructions on how to return your standard garment.
How do I know what size to choose?
Check out our size guide on each product page! Since we work with soft, stretchy materials, we recommend that you measure carefully and compare with our table.
What's the best way to care for my Sweet & Salty garments?
To keep your underwear and swimwear looking good for a long time, we recommend hand washing or machine washing at a maximum of 30 degrees in a laundry bag. Avoid tumble drying and fabric softener, as this can damage the elasticity of the fabric. Always rinse swimwear in cold water after swimming in chlorine or saltwater.
Why do you have slightly longer delivery times?
To protect the environment and avoid the overproduction that is a major problem in the clothing industry, we do not mass-produce our garments. Your order is often made to order, which reduces unnecessary waste. A sustainable choice takes a little extra time, but we promise it's worth the wait!
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
As we often manufacture to order, delivery normally takes 7–15 business days.
How does your "Custom design" service work?
You can put your own touch on our existing models! Email us your wishes regarding colors or patterns at info@sweetandsalty.se, and we will help you print a bikini or lingerie set that is completely unique to you.
Can I change the fit or style of the garment?
At the moment, we only offer customization of colors and patterns. The fit and style remain our classic, comfortable Sweet & Salty design that you already love.
Are there any rules about what patterns I can submit?
Yes! The image must be of high quality (high resolution) for the print to turn out well. We also cannot print copyrighted images or well-known logos (such as Disney or Gucci).
